Consent to Publication of Author and Template Information in the Roll App Catalogue

1. Information published

This consent covers publication of the following information in the Roll App catalogue where it is generated automatically by the application, selected by me, provided by me when creating a profile, modified by me in settings, or included by me when creating or publishing a template:

• an automatically generated or personally modified author network name;
• a default author avatar, an avatar selected from the built-in collection or an avatar modified by me, where that function is available;
• a public author identifier where it is used in the Roll App interface and is not a technical device or installation identifier;
• template title;
• template description;
• template icon;
• preview image;
• template version, language, game, category and settings;
• other information that I include in a public template.

This consent does not cover publication of a technical installation or device identifier, tokens, device signatures, identifier hashes, IP address, advertising identifier, payment data, order number, payment identifier, email address used for support, or other technical or payment information where it is not intended for public display in the Roll App interface.

2. Publication methods

This information may be available to other Roll App users in the template catalogue, search, collections, recommendations, template details, version history, translation lists, author lists, moderation results where displayed publicly, and other application functions related to published materials.

3. Author network name and avatar

I understand that Roll App may automatically create a random network name and a default author avatar for me on first launch, application initialization or activation of author profile functions.

I may change my network name and avatar in the application settings where that function is available. After a change, the new network name or avatar may appear alongside my previously published templates, translations and other materials unless the application interface states otherwise.

I understand that my author network name and avatar may be visible to other Roll App users alongside my published templates, translations, corrections and other materials.

4. Restrictions for public materials

I understand that I must not include third-party personal data, real names, photographs, contact details, confidential materials, third-party images, rule texts, trademarks or other materials in a public template without the required rights or permissions.

If I do not provide this consent, I will not be able to publish a template in the public Roll App catalogue with author information displayed. I may continue using application functions that do not require publication of author information where they are available in the relevant version of Roll App.

5. Template deletion and consent withdrawal

I may delete a published template where that function is available in the application or contact the Operator at support@roll-app.ru. If my author profile is deleted, the published template may remain in the catalogue in anonymized form, without my nickname, name, avatar or other information that could link it to me.

I may withdraw this consent by sending a request to support@roll-app.ru. After withdrawal, the Operator will delete or anonymize information linking the published template to me unless continued processing is required by law, contract or the protection of users' or the Operator's rights.

6. Confirmation

By pressing a button, selecting a checkbox or performing another action expressly identified in the Roll App interface as confirmation of this consent, I confirm that I have read it, understand the published information, purposes and publication methods, and consent specifically, substantively, knowingly, consciously and unambiguously.
