Consent to Personal Data Processing for Roll App

This English version is provided for users who prefer English. Roll App is operated under the laws of the Russian Federation. If this translation differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
I, a Roll App user, freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by individual entrepreneur Danila Sergeevich Lukyanov (Stray Token brand), INN 366234240541, OGRNIP 326366800075594 (the Operator), personal data contact support@roll-app.ru, on the terms below.
1. Data covered by this consent
The consent covers a technical installation or device identifier and related token, signature or hash; nickname and author avatar when provided; uploaded template files and their contents, metadata, preview images and moderation data; voluntarily submitted error reports and diagnostics; profile transfer session information; technical and advertising data used by Yandex Mobile Ads SDK; RuStore Tracer crash and ANR information after acceptance of the current consent revision; and payment and Premium information including plan, amount, currency, order/payment identifiers, status and dates, activation code data and type, the basis and source for granting access, and information about an associated template, translation, support request or promotion where applicable.
The consent also covers publication, moderation, approval, rejection, deletion and anonymization records; information linking a template to an author, device, technical identifier, nickname and avatar; and the template's anonymization status after profile deletion, consent withdrawal or discontinuation of author functions.
The Operator does not request passport information, full bank card data, biometric data, special categories of personal data, health information, precise geolocation, contacts, SMS, photos or files except items I deliberately choose for a template, avatar or support request.
2. Purposes
The data may be processed to operate Roll App and its server functions; store, moderate, publish and delete templates; associate templates and an author profile with an installation; transfer an author profile; prevent abuse; answer support requests; diagnose and fix errors; account for crashes and ANR through RuStore Tracer; display and account for advertising; provide temporary advertising access; create, verify and manage paid or free Premium access, activation codes, payments and refunds; maintain security; comply with law; and protect the rights of users and the Operator.
The data may also be processed to anonymize published templates when an author profile is deleted, consent is withdrawn or author functions are discontinued, and to retain anonymized templates for catalogue operation, continued availability of previously published materials, catalogue quality and protection of users' and the Operator's rights.
3. Processing operations
I consent to collection, recording, organization, storage, update, retrieval, use, transfer, provision, access, depersonalization, restriction, deletion and destruction of data by automated means. Authorized manual processing may occur for template moderation, support, payment review and diagnostics.
4. Recipients
Data may be provided, only as required for the relevant function, to hosting and server infrastructure providers in the Russian Federation; technical support and security contractors; Yandex entities for advertising; RuStore or its designated telemetry provider for Tracer; CloudPayments, banks and payment systems for payments; and public authorities where legally required.
Public template information may be visible to other catalogue users according to the publication mode selected by me. The Operator does not sell personal data.
When my author profile is deleted, I withdraw consent or discontinue author functions, the Operator deletes or anonymizes the nickname or author name, avatar, technical identifiers, tokens, hashes, device associations and other information that could link a published template to me. The published template may then remain in the catalogue without author attribution or with a neutral label if I have not requested deletion of the template itself and retention is permitted by the Terms of Use and applicable law.
If template content itself contains my personal data or another person's personal data, the Operator may delete it, hide it from public access or request clarifying information needed to fulfil a deletion request.
5. Storage and duration
Core template, author and service data is stored on infrastructure located in the Russian Federation. Third-party services process data according to their own documents and architecture.
This consent remains effective until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than periods established by applicable law, or until the Operator receives my withdrawal, unless another legal ground permits or requires continued processing.
Uploaded template data, related nickname and installation identifier are retained until deletion of the template, discontinuation of the function or a lawful deletion request. Active-system data is deleted within 30 days after deletion; backup copies may remain for no more than 30 days. Voluntary error reports are retained for no more than 12 months. Server logs are retained for no more than 30 days unless a security investigation or law requires longer storage. Payment and accounting records are retained for statutory periods.
6. Withdrawal and deletion
I may withdraw this consent or request eligible data deletion by emailing support@roll-app.ru with information sufficient to locate the data, such as nickname, available installation identifier, template identifier, order/payment number or relevant dates.
After withdrawal, the Operator stops consent-based processing and deletes the data within 30 days unless continued processing is permitted or required by law. Withdrawal may make server templates, author profile transfer, diagnostics, advertising access, payment verification or other server functions unavailable.
7. User confirmation
By selecting the relevant checkboxes and pressing the acceptance button, I confirm that I have read the Terms of Use, Privacy and Personal Data Policy and this Consent; understand the data, purposes and processing methods; act voluntarily; understand my right to withdraw consent; and provide templates and reports voluntarily.
